• Kindergartners must be 5 years old by September 1st in order to apply.
• All new enrollees must have current immunization as required by law (Senate Bill 277). Public schools may no longer accept immunization exemptions based on personal beliefs for children.
• Complete a separate application for each student.

• 2027-28 Intent to Enroll Form (CLICK HERE)—This form may be used for multiple students in the same family.
• This form is for the purpose of requesting facilities two years from now. We ask all current & prospective families to fill out this form as it is requested by the school district for facilities planning purposes. By submitting this form you are indicating that you are meaningfully interested in the Charter School’s classroom-based program for the 2027-28 school year.

Our lottery will be held mid-March, 2026. Prior to the lottery you will receive an email with the lottery date and time.  A Zoom link will also be provided so that you may watch the lottery in real time. 

Provide two of the following:

• Property tax payment receipts
• Rental property contract, lease, or payment receipts
• Utility service contract, statement, or payment receipts
• Pay stubs
• Voter registration
• Correspondence from a government agency
• Declaration of residency

(Students determined to have enrolled in CRA by falsifying residency records shall be immediately dropped from their accepted position)

To verify your child’s age, you may provide one of the following documents:

• Certified copy of a birth certificate
• Baptism certificate
• Passport or an affidavit by the parent
• Guardian or custodian attesting to the student’s age in writing
   

• Proof of Immunization Records are required for certifying up-to-date immunizations for each student. CRA complies with State law #SB277. Immunizations are required of all entering students.*Note the Tdap vaccination is required for all students entering 7th Grade
   

• Student’s Health Insurance Card – IF APPLICABLE
• Current Independent Educational Plan (IEP)
• A copy of current CELDT scores- for EL (English Learners) Students
• Report of Health Examination for School Entry (K or 1st grade only) LINK HERE

• Authorized Health Care Provider Request For Medication Medication (if your child will have any type of medication (with a prescription or not) at school, your child’s pediatrician will need to complete this form)
